Fish and Alzheimer's Risk5.1 million people in the US have Alzheimer's disease. Eating fish once a week is good for brain health, as well
as lowering your risk of developing Alzheimer's disease and Mild Cognitive Impairment. This is the first study to establish
a direct relationship between fish consumption, brain structure and Alzheimer's risk. Consuming baked or broiled fish promotes
stronger neurons in the brain's gray matter by making them larger and healthier. This simple lifestyle choice increases the
brain's resistance to Alzheimer's disease and lowers risk for the disorder. Eating dried or fried fish does not seem to help
preserve brain volume or lower Alzheimer's risk. University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Dec

Camillus Chriopractor suggests eating green for National Nutrition MonthMarch is National Nutrition Month put on by the American Dietetic Association (ADA). The recently released
Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommend an increased focus on a plant based diet. This combined with including lean meats,
fish and poultry, and low fat milk and dairy products creates a rainbow of colors on the plate that serve as the foundation
for a healthful eating plan. There are even apps for your iPhone or Android phone that help you focus on eating more foods
in the "green" zone; eat moderate portions of food in the "yellow" zone, and avoid foods in the "red"
zone. Camillus Chiropractor Dr. Scott Arends suggests that "eating green" is an important part of improving your
health and helping you break free from pain.
